Refund Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days to request a return after you receive your item.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it, unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need a receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt, and if the item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately so we can evaluate the problem and correct it.

Exceptions/Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable items (such as food, flowers, or plants), customized products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care items (such as beauty products). Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The quickest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and, once your return has been accepted, purchase a new item separately.

EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

Notwithstanding the above, if the item is being shipped to the EU, you have the right to cancel or return your order for any reason within 14 days, without giving any reason. As stated above, your item must be in the same condition you received it, unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know if your refund has been approved. If approved, you will automatically receive a refund via your original method of payment within 10 business days. Please keep in mind that it may also take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Shipping Policy

I just placed an order, when will it ship? Please allow 3 - 7 business days for processing and production time for your order to ship.

How long does shipping take?

Some uncontrollable circumstances (natural disasters, holidays, weather, etc.) may cause shipping delays. While most packages arrive on time, our carriers may encounter some circumstances and delays. Therefore, we do not guarantee exact delivery times; delivery issues are the responsibility of the shipping company.

Can I cancel my order? You can cancel your order without penalty! You must cancel your order within 24 hours of placing the order for the cancellation to take effect. If the item has already shipped. You can simply send us an email with the subject line "Cancellation".

I entered the wrong address! If your address is misspelled or auto-filled incorrectly, simply reply to your order confirmation email and give us the correct information. Notify us immediately by email. If the address is incorrect, we can correct it within 24 hours.

My item arrived damaged We do add extra padding to each item. Despite this, our customers report that approximately 1 in 1,000 products arrive damaged due to poor mail service.
